GeoGridFusion Interface

Provide weather_df, meta_df to a pvdeg function which calls the appropriate GeoGridFusion implementations to save the weather data to disk.

Or this could purely exist as a GeoGridFusion function which is called by pvdeg users. The two projects are heavily connected but we may want to have pvdeg implement the procedures needed for linkage to GeoGridFusion rather than have the new package implement these for simplicity and maintainability sake.

Questions

Organization: pvdeg | weather, or a new module store?
Name: should evoke some sort of reference to "living" or "growing" because the data is not simply dumped to a multi-dimensional chunked format (netcdf, h5, ...)
