I explored integrating emldown as an option:

pros: the output is aesthetically pleasing
cons: a lot of files are generated to build the html

^ It may be worth documenting this as an option that's available for people, but probably not worth integrating into download_d1_data

Since PDF generation also add processing time, we'll also table the idea for the time being to keep metajam as lightweight as possible
