The current Implementation Guidance documentation for representing source retrieval provenance is housed in a text document in the EPC Google drive - which is not the most discoverable and accessible format and location for data creators. This may be one reason for the common lack of compliance observed in TRAPI messages.

Once the proposed refactor of this modeling is complete (see #3), update the document and port content over to the Translator Developer Documentation website.
