FieldBindings events not triggered in NUnit Test Project

Description

Field bindings do not fire changed events when being run inside of unit tests. They do however work fine in iOS/Android projects.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the latest NUnit and FieldBindings plugin
2. Put the following test code in https://gist.github.com/cbrammer/bf5820cd1cd9be8d07c65daa3402c0ca
3. Run the test

Expected behavior

The event should have fired

Actual behavior

No change event is ever triggered
