Describe the bug

Start network adb via adb tcpip 5555, then open AM and disapprove the debugging request, AM will continue to wait.

To Reproduce

1. adb tcpip 5555
2. Install https://github.com/MuntashirAkon/AppManager/releases/download/v3.1.7/AppManager_v3.1.7.apk
3. Launch AM
4. Reject the adb debugging request that pops up

Expected behavior

be like 4.0.0-beta1
