Add a timeline

Track events on a yearly, half yearly or quarter yearly time-scale. Monthly would be nice but in some stories there may be more or less months in a year.

Dropbox: A way to set the time scale for the timeline; days, weeks, months, years. Could also include hours or decades+, but that may be rather useless.

Spinbox: A way to set the total intervals for the timeline, 2 being minimum, 100? For the cap? This basically determines how many days, weeks, months or years the story is set over. (eg 42 weeks, 20 years)

Spinbox: A way to set the start interval. Basically just acts as a modifier for the timeline, setting it to "3038" would make the timeline start at "3038" for that particular interval period, tho could probably be detached in that this is just always a "year" value.
