Nvidia-wildrigmulti - selecting all GPUs with manual config #198

Wildrigmulti is not selecting GPU according to configs.
All GPU are selected.
"ManualConfig": true,
"SelGPUCC": "2,3,4,5",

Got it to work
GPU order its different from "SelGPUCC"
Added line in config.json
"SelGPUCD": "0,1,2,3",

Added -d $($Config.SelGPUCD) in N-WildRigMulti.ps1 line 79
