As some of these either are/used to be TG races, did/do any of them have pre-existing lore, or all these all blank slates?

Would podpeople/jellypeople have their own planets and ecosystems or would we just write that they're the result of mutation in another species?

They're pretty much all blank slates, including the /tg/ races.
I say "pretty much" because some have scraps and some have lore from other servers.
