The slider on mobile view needs to expand first.

The slider on mobile view needs to expand on the first touch and on the second touch lead to the respective link.
Device: All touch enabled mobile devices.
Browser: All browsers that allow touch.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to mozpacers.org from a touch enabled mobile phone browser and touch on of the slides.
