Contact form

We currently don't have a contact form on the repository. Personally, I prefer that no one will ever send us private messages, as I am probably the only person who will reply to these messages, and prefer that such messages will get published on our forum instead.

Given that said, we do need a way to let people send us messages if they are unable to reach us by any other mean.

The easiest solution could be to embed a form from Google Spreadsheets or a service specialized to mail forms. On the other hand, it could be better to keep a script on the site to email us.

Other options:

• Suggest users to use our forum for public messaging or for private messaging (which will require them to signup/login).
• Suggest users to contact us using the private messaging option on Facebook/Twitter.
