It's hard to implement, because every abilities has different ratio and cap.
This Issue will collect information about ability damage up and the limit up.
NOT aim to implement all of them. but there are several use cases.
e.g. it's useful to see the skill amount of ability damage limit up.
NOTE: (in japanese) "アビリティ・ダメージ" short term is used "アビダメ"
the direct translation is "ability damage".
"skill damage" in English ? we may need term discussion. (field name for object)
"abilityDamage" (ja locale) a bit conflict with "support ability" ?
I am not sure if "ability" had different mean in en locale.
(and that would be why en locale use different word, not direct translation)
"abiDamage" (ja short term prefix, but unbalance part abi is short, damage is not)
in this case, we should share the knowledge, "abi" prefix for ability/skill damages.
"abi" prefix is unique, keyword completion works.
"skillDamage" (en locale) confuse "skill" search in editor may hits weapon's skills.
we can solve it if separate file per modules, instead of large long global logic.
some variables use "skill" prefix, it's problem for keyword completion.

例えば、スキル効果量で適応されているアビダメ上限の効果量くらいはみれると便利。
また、奥義の追加ダメージを実装する場合等への布石にもなります。
