希望作者可以加入车载蓝牙歌词仅显示译文或原文，现在蓝牙歌词显示功能同时展示原文歌词和翻译歌词，因为歌词太长，往往需要滚动展示，但往往还没有滚动展示完就跳到下一句，译文和原文一起显示也让歌词栏有点拥挤
