Keep a changelog

Create a changelog that keeps track of the changes between versions of this project in a human-readable way.
Version numbers should follow semantic versioning and the changelog should be structured according to keepachangelog.com.
Each sprint should roughly equal a change in the minor project version.

Note: This issue is still work in progress, as it is not designated for the current sprint.
