If you take a look at the log you can see the error text "Structure failed to validate, likely some changes to the game." TLDR Lightfall came out and Charm hasn't yet been updated to work with it. Unfortunately there's not much we can do until a new version is released.

None that I know of off the top of my head. You could maybe do some digging in the RaidSecrets or 4Dash discord servers and they might know some.
