Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Windows Explorer links 'Open in Explorer' are opening new Explorer Windows, not new tabs. This creates a lot of new windows when managing various mods. As someone who uses tabbed browsing in Windows Explorer, having everything open in new windows creates clutter and disorganization.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like it so that when we use the 'Open in Explorer' option to view managed files in MO2, that links opened in Windows Explorer are opened in new tabs, not new windows.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have searched high and low online how to rectify this, but it seems that this is something that is coded into the application.

Additional context
As I was doing some tests with other applications that have a similar feature I noticed that Windows Task Manager does not have this problem. If we use 'Open file location' from Task Manager all Explorer links are opened in new tabs, not new windows.

One option might be to have this as a toggleable feature. Some people may enjoy having lots of different windows open, while others may wish to have everything in one Explorer window.
