LAB 9 - Enable JIT from VM

Step: 03 onwards

For me the VM stays in the "Not Configured"-tab, even though waiting for 20 minutes. Can workaround by enabling JIT from the VM Configuration, then it immediately shows up as "Configured". That method uses the default configuration though, so some rewriting might be required

Repro steps:

1. Go throught the steps to step 3
2. The VM never shows as being available
