GPOS: incorrect references to substitution actions (copy/paste errors?)

Description

In the description of Lookup type 8 subtables, there are references to glyph substitution that should be referring to glyph positioning. (Copy paste errors from similar text for GSUB?) Also, there are references to "contextual" that should be "chained contexts".

Current:

Format 1 defines the context for a glyph substitution as ...

Format 1 chained context substitutions are implemented ...

Format 2 contextual substitutions are implemented ...

Format 3 contextual substitutions are implemented ...

Suggested:

Format 1 defines the context for glyph positioning as ...

Format 1 chained contexts positioning is implemented ...

Format 2 chained contexts positioning is implemented ...

Format 3 chained contexts positioning is implemented ...
