On the USA version of Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense, the screen goes black when selecting a vehicle.

This issue doesn't exist on the PAL version

Can confirm this issue as well in my end.
I tested other releases from 2024 and also the last one from 2023 and is the same behavior. The black screen is fixed only when enable the CPU Hack or using the PSX2X Core.
