Multiple versions of instruction on downloading data for a specific platform #145

the location of data to be stored, and the way to obtain it will vary depending on the plaform being used (VDI, AWS, WSL2) and so we need to allow for bespoking of this section in notebook 1

on reflection, I am coming to the conclusion that we should pull all informaiton on copying data out of these and make a bespoke notebook for each site we do this at
