Making Navbar interactive and user-friendly.

The navbar is not giving good user experience due to following reasons:

• The Navbar isn't fixed, when i scroll down the navbar disappears , which it should not.
• The navbar should be at the top without the address details, phone no etc.

I can fix the issue, consider assigning me this issue and add the labels : SWOC, INTERMEDIATE, LEVEL-1/2/3

Start working on the issue I would add the level eventually.
