Create a Contact Page

MY SOLUTION
Created a Contact Page for your website that takes the user's name, email address, and message and mails it to your email address. The mail is then displayed in the format in the image below.
Also, check out the Contact Page demo. It completely matches the overall theme and vibe of your website. It is fully responsive as demonstrated in the video, it is suitable for all screen sizes. I added the same hover effects and highlight color in the submit button and text boxes.
