  • "intarna" sequenzen (also die, die du in intarna gesteckt hast) in meme stecken (getrennt 5' 3')
  • ggf. auch pro class
  • sind im output ggf. die mit intarna gefundenen interaction sites drin?

  • ggf. maximale sequenzlänge einstellen (max 10-20nt)
  • findet ggf. auch "nur" konservierte strukturelemente wieder...
