Orange Pi OS installation Problem

            I have buyed the orange pi 5, I have tried to install the OS in it by following the procedure tried all of the OS and follow the written process but I am not able to install using windows. When the booting process is completed my windows give error that you need to format the partitions of the memory card If I ignore the error and just plug out the sd card and insert it in the Orange pi 5. Sometime it detects but restart again and again and sometime it does not detect the OS. What can be possible problem.
