Describe the problem

tuic v5协议导出标准分享uri链接中的用户id可否取消encode。sub-store项目会不识别

示例用户ID: ca7f7b23-06a7-484c-9a1e-9dc26d388ffa:ca7f7b23-06a7-484c-9a1e-9dc26d388ffa

其中的 : 会被encode为 %3A
