BUG: Allow Connections from the LAN doesn't work

Describe the problem

Expected behavior: when connecting other devices via wifi, traffic goes through vpn nekobox

Actual behavior: nekobox blocks internet access on client devices

How to reproduce

Activate option "allow clients to use VPN" in system settings
activate option "Allow Connections from the LAN" in nekobox
connect to tethering wifi from another device and check internet connection
