We might need to rething node inputs and outputs.

At the very least, we should define inputs and outputs methods based on HasSetOfInputsTrait, and HasSetOfOuputsTrait.

What about join nodes with multiple input positions?

Maybe the inputs and outputs methods should return iterators rather than vectors.
