Describe the bug
Just using MM for removing scanner / ad pages from archives. Removing covers from archives is overwriting existing XML and putting a blank one in place.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use "Open Folder" to select an entire series at once
Click on "Cover Manager"
Remove pages you don't want in the archives
Previous ComicInfo.xml that was already present is renamed "Old_ComicInfo.xml.bak" and a new blank ComicInfo.xml is saved in its place.
Expected behavior
If only using the Cover Manager function it should only be removing images, not removing existing metadata.
Screenshots
Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows (exe)
Version v1.0.2.1
Additional context
Leads to inconsistent series detection since not every archive needs an image removed from it. That leaves the series in a state of flux with some having correct metadata and some files having blanks.
