Add enforcement to trigger the donation

When the goals expires we need to trigger the donation.

Describe the solution you'd like
Somehow you accept to do the payment upfront (maybe through paypal or betterplace API) and trigger it when the goal is not marked as done during the set timeframe.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A donation button is shown inside of the expired goal in the Goal Overview
