CLI parameters

I've been playing around with Whisper Faster in the whisper-standalone-win repo and there are a bountiful amount of CLI arguments.

However, that repo does not support diarization and this does! However, I'm curious if this also supports the same input arguments? (e.g. output directory, output file type, etc.)

when using the batched mode, most arguments are not supported, set the batch size to 1 to enable all faster-whisper options, although you will need to change the code itself as they are hardcoded
