Well I have this GO terms from the metaproteomic analysis and I wanted to do the gene ontology analysis and I thought this was gonna be the right tool. Could you point me to the right direction where I can get tools to do the GO analysis on the metaproteomic data?

Hi @javanOkendo, our tool compares multiple sets of GO-terms and provides a similarity score for each pair of GO-sets. If that's what you're trying to do, then this is the tool for you. If, however, you want to explore GO-annotations for a metaproteomic experiment, I can recommend unipept (see https://unipept.ugent.be)
