save history every N pages on some platforms

On some platforms, such as on Fremantle, QML might be a bit crash-prone. As a result, on these platforms, last open page needs to be saved more frequently. As not to trash the flash storage by writing the history on every page turn, it should be stored every N pages. Maybe every 20 ? The value should be probably user configured.
