Still jittery after all these years when Vsync on, Client and Server set to same refresh rate. #3405

Describe the Bug

Since having to start using Sunshine for all my Nvidia based Windows PCs becasue Nvidia force updated all to Nvidia App with no Nvidia Gamestream available anymore....I retested Sunshine streaming to check is it still jittery.

The test I do, using Windows as client and server...both screens set to the same refresh rate...say 60Hz or 59.94Hz or 120Hz....set Sunshine to using Nvidia Encoder... set Moonlight to Vsync and Fullscreen and then open a new chome browser and run UFO Test https://www.testufo.com/..wait for UFO test to sync..check behaviour.

It jitters every few seconds, the Server screen shows as smooth non jittery UFO(which it should be).

Expected Behavior

Every time I've been using Nvidia Gamestream it was perfect on both the client and server with no Jitter, so I expect the same for Sunshine Streaming.

Would modifying nvencodeapi64.dll nvencodeapi.dll with Win_1337_Apply_Patch tool to enable NvFBC help with this issue?
