Expected Behavior

Since the Knowledgebase is a tool we intend to use a team, It only makes sense that we enable the application to be used by the team. In order to do this, we would need to develop a system that would allow us to enable to disable some actions in the Knowledgebase using a user's attribute.

Actual Behavior

At the moment we are using roles both for authorization but they don't offer enough granularity in case people want to do things like write blogs together

Acceptance Criteria

Ideally, users should be able to set permissions that allow or disallow other users to perform certain actions to blogs/media assets that they own on the system.
