As a user as I consume articles and manuals from the blog inevitably, it will happen that I will need to pause reading of an item perhaps so I can go to another task and come back to it or perhaps because I opened a particularly long article in a new tab. In either case, the user experience would be immensely better if the system could hold on to my read progress status and use that whenever I go to an article
How to Achieve This
On the backend, this would be a simple matter of enabling a user to store a scrollvalue data point which can be sent down whenever a user is opening an article they have opened before

Acceptance Criteria
As A logged in user the system should load articles at the point which I stopped reading them
