Add Application flowchart to wiki

We need application flows in the Wiki of the repository for reference when building out features

The Wiki should have Application FlowCharts that describe user flows through the app

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could have a link to the flowchart document rather than the flowcharts themselves, however, way we can get access

This is nessary for the documentation of the app
