Deprecated message and other stuff

Hi there,

First let me say that your project structure is not perfect but is certainly one of the best I have seen here. I really loved the way you did it.

Well, the main reason to open this issue is because I don't know how to send message to an user here on GitHub. And this repository is exactly what I was trying to build by myself but I lack knowledge and experience thus I'm struggling with that. I had tried several ways to use a metamask account to sign in an web page connected to a server to generate an JWT and also to save some data on a mongodb. All that using next. (I love next).

That being said, I wanna ask if you are willing to update your project, update dependencies and adjust the code accordingly.

The way that sniped of yours is, is helping me a lot. But if you do improve it but keeping simple as it is, would help me greatly.

PS:
Some stuff are outdated(dependencies) and also I think that by now you probably have realized that you don't need to connect before sign on a wallet like metamask. Since signing also connects the addresses. So is possible to resume to one sign in button.( I've done before)
