LH-EHR: "Add" button on the "Allergies", "Medications", "Surgeries" and "Dental Issues" results in the movement of the screen

When the user clicks on the "Add" button on the "Allergies", "Medications", "Surgeries" and "Dental Issues" tab, the screen tends to move up and down.
Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Log onto the LibreHealth application
2. Click on the "Patient/Client" tab
3. Click on "Finder" and select a patient to work on
4. This will open up the patient demographic page
5. Click on the "Edit" button besides Allergies/Medications/Surgeries/Dental Issues and then click on "Add"
6. The resulting screen will move up and down in motion
