  • Not clear at all that this is not debt debt advice,
  • it is a lot of user input, A LOT, and its not a huge payout
  • who does this serve other than someone who is already ready to call a debt advisor
  • Would rather see the documents they collect rather than the print out
  • What is this TurboTax for? We need to understanding the debt advising scheme in Wales
  • face to face is very important, requires coaching, its not just advising, its counseling
  • consider the well meaning actor model, are we charging people money
  • do the court solutions have any requirements in what we deliver to the client about information?
  • what is this doing that a handout isn't doing
  • ask SME what is actually used vs what existed
  • red flags for users - big warnings (ie. payed money to friends and family)
  • are these forks in a road or tools in a toolbox?
  • idea: easy document library - periodic take pictures of paystubs, letters that come in, all this information exists in shoved in drawers (not require all at once and upload those documents) easy to ask for a photo hard to ask for scan
  • realistically no one is going to finish that interview, abandoned session
  • are these the people who least need our help
  • assumes that things are straight forward: ex. debt collection number have sometimes 3 account numbers, interested in each of those in different contexts
  • very social experience
  • automating is too granular
  • trust issue from the lawyer- this information is sensitive, can we get them to reproduce it in a meaningful way
  • why are we adding a layer where things can get messed up - only reason to do so is to manipulate it
