[Cm13][LiveWithWalkman WT19i] Battery, charging problems

I installed cm13 for my WT19i today.
Cm build and MiniGapps build is latest.
Bootloader unlocked
flashed boot - fastboot flash boot boot.img
wiped all partitions on the phone from recovery.
Sideloaded Rom and GApps. Installed succefully.

Now all works, but i have very big battery drain, problems with charging.
Phone veryyy slow charging on 1A charger.
Not charging on 0.70A

Probally system not entering sleep mode on screen disable.
Sometimes system full frezees and I can`t do anything, restart is needed.

At some time I haved other WT19i with other build of cm & gapps, all works well on it.
