Hey, just out of curiosity, am I able to install this into my Kali Linux machine and test it in that environment?

Yeah, sure you can definitely install the tool in your Kali machine.
Just be sure that you have installed NodeJS on your machine before installing the project.

Would you be able to explain the steps in order to install it? When I run the code "apt-get install https://github.com/LasCC/Hack-Tools.git' it tells me it could not find the package. Is his due to NodeJs not being installed?

To build the project please follow the instruction below :

git clone https://github.com/LasCC/Hack-Tools.git
cd Hack-Tools
npm install && npm build     # If you have installed yarn you can replace npm with yarn
