In interp.F90, line 278:

call fill_missing_bundle(localpet,input_diag_bundle,target_diag_bundle,2,i_target,j_target, &
method,bilinear_regrid,unmapped_ptr_bi)

It is assumed that all diag fields are 2-D. But refl10cm is 3-D. This causes a crash.
