In addition to NER visualization, we should also provide visualization for the parse trees.
The widely used Brat library (http://brat.nlplab.org) seems like the best choice. Documentation on how to embed brat into a webpage is here: http://brat.nlplab.org/embed.html
See also Annodoc (http://spyysalo.github.io/annodoc/) - UD.org uses it in combination with Brat (e.g. https://universaldependencies.org/u/overview/syntax.html). Annodoc seems to provide transformation from CoNLL-U to Brat out of the box.
