Turns out there is not tons of useful stuff in there. We could track this as

  • Cholesterol
  • LDL

Other things:

  • So glucose shows sugar level in your blood (If it’s too high then it’s a red flag for diabetes or prediabetes)
  • Potassium and sodium can mean a lot of things but in general you don’t want em too high
  • Creatinine level on its own doesn’t really tell you much
  • Sodium and potassium probably are high ish either because you were dehydrated a bit or you had something salty before

for now, not worth the effort adding to the bot, I do have the PDF records, so I can always add it later on
