Error checking for updates on specific device

Brief summary

I am unable to get any update in my feed from my tablet.
My phone received all the favorites via sync service and is able to receive some updates.
While it most likely is related to the source too, my tablet can't sync mangas at all.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have many manga in your Favorites
2. Go to Feed
3. Trigger the Update

Expected
I get all manga updates

What happens
No update is listed.
Opening manga report errors as STREAM_RESET and ENHANCE_YOUR_CALM

Additional information
I can see many errors also on my phone in the "Check manga log".
Most of my mangas are on Mangadex.
I have enabled the download slowdown in order to ensure proper checks, but it does not seem to work.
