Index 0 out of range

I keep getting this "index 0 out of range" error notification when I try to read books from one of my sources. How can I fix it??

This looks like something's wrong with the code logic.
In other programming laguage, this usually happens when the code logic is trying to check index n but failed to find it, so it's resulting in that kind of error.

This is probably something to fix in the future releases, not something a user can fix without making changes to the Kotatsu's source code.
