partially implemented in 2.2.3.0_BETA

only works well if you use normal, maybe it should only be limited to nomal.
also there is no way to turn it off.

ever since download now happens in a new nonblocking thread, it looks for the latest file, before the file is even downloaded, so of fucking course this doesn't work anymore, fix it dumb bitch.
