Hi we have a Jaco arm with a robotiq gripper that does not move. We tested it with the robot joystick and the joystick keeps blinking without the lights on the joystick stabilizing. The gripper is functional the arm is not. The arm when connected through ros gives a 1015 error on ROS. The arm has power. We suspect it is stuck in a boot loop.
Version
We are using a ros kinetic repository for the arm. The arm is regularly showing a
Movo's configuration (No arm, single arm, double arm, 6DOF, 7DOF-S)
It is a 7DoF S arm.
Steps to reproduce
Power up the arm.
Connect via ROS or kinova joystick.

If the LED lights on your gripper are always flashing, this means the arm is not booting correctly.
These two similar issues : kinova-ros#390 and kinova-ros#248
