Please describe the feature that you want to propose

Currently, when adding a new entity to the canvas, the previous visibility selection is lost to focus on the newly created entity.

The goal for this ticket is to keep what was visible and just add the new entity and select it by default.

What's the difference between "focus on the newly created entity" and "select it by default"?

"select by default" means to select the created entity by default after creation, aka, opening the configuration form.

the proposal would be:

  • Start with a single route
  • Create a new route
  • Now both routes are visible, but the last one is selected and its configuration form is open.
