Describe the update
We will expand the amount of stock assets to around 100 and then do some data mining / data parsing for the 100~ assets as a test case. We might also expand a bit of the crypto. I was thinking it might be best to do a couple initially by hand, to see how we can build out & map out the total automation process , which will include fetching / updating.

Basic pipeline would look like this: n8n -> function_asset -> fx{var: ticker} -> .json -> .md -> gist

References for update
Nothing yet.

Security risk
Are there any major security risks?!
No.

The asset expansion will be the first 500 companies inside of the SPY and then from there we can add any additional index / mutual funds that we would like. The graph options outside of the tradingview will be an additional issue ticket.

I moved this back to status for now.

I ran into some issues trying to render some of the financial data, I am going to take a break from this and do it all over again.

The current 5 that we have on the list are:

  • AAPL
  • O
  • SPY
  • TSLA
  • VT

I will start to add a couple more daily, hopefully resolving this issue ticket by the end of the month.

... I picked these from a random selection of our current holdings, I will try to at least grab a very good chunk of those first and then once we have them taken care of, I will expand out to the stock assets that we currently do not hold.

The ones that we hold now, give us access to material, thus making it easier to develop / train off from. However a good portion of that material is available on the internet as well.

Data collection and data processing will definitely be their own ticket / issues. This is just to get a basic list of about 100~ assets to play with initially.
