Mod that you inspired from has more features like timeout, maybe it would help with pinging still being broken?

I found the big issue with server pinging. When you have open Minecraft and you enable or disable VPN, next pings are insanely slow. When you restart Minecraft it is back to normal. Is it possible to fix that?

Bump, it's faster to restart minecraft than to wait for these pings.
